The Humble Frozen Synapse Bundle contain a vast amount of awesome games. As well as the title game, it contained Splot, TRAUMA, Trine, Shadowgrounds, Shadowgrounds: Survivor and Jack Claw.
Dwarfs!? is a top down micro-management game which tricks you into thinking you've got it down only to pull the carpet out from under your feet. Massively addicting.
The Humble Voxatron Debut gave access to the Voxatran Alpha and all future versions of the game. It also added Blocks That Matter and The Binding of Isaac. All of which are magnificent games.
Zombie Minesweeper takes a classic like Minesweeper and adds zombies too it, I review the free online version of it, but it has since expanded to the iDevice.
